Join the PMO & Commercialisation teaman integral part of our broader Commercial functionwhere we work cross-functionally to develop and execute projects that drive profitability and accelerate growth.
Were looking for aProduct Change Manageron a12-month part-time contract (3 days per week)to lead the delivery of Product Change and Artwork projects. This role offers the opportunity to expand into more complex projects initiatives supporting both your professional development and team resourcing needs.
Youll lead cross-functional teams through theStage & Gate process ensuring projects are deliveredon time within budget and within scopewhile proactively managing risks and minimising write-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commercialisation of product change projects.
- Ensure timely on-budget and in-scope delivery while managing risks and minimizing write-offs.
- Proactively escalate critical issues and propose solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in SDAs Product Life Cycle Management System (Accolade).
- Manage project budgets forecasts and reporting cycles.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future performance.
What Youll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years experience in NPD project management experience Dairy and FMCG will be well regarded.
- Experience with Process and Change Management Principles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to work cross functionally across the organisation.
- Familiarity with Stage & Gate processes and lifecycle management systems (e.g. Accolade).
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
