In this role youll:


Work as part of a team delivering Transports procurement risk management audit coordination and complaints oversight function ensuring a structured consistent approach to identifying assessing monitoring and resolving procurement risks audit recommendations and complaint matters across the Procurement Branch and portfolio agencies.

You will be an expert coordinator adding purpose by contributing to risk identification coordinating internal and external audits provide support on improving systems and reporting and synthesising insights to drive stronger governance and continuous improvement. This work is often required within very short timeframes.

You will assist with building improved risk mitigation audit readiness and complaint management enabling better decision making strengthened compliance and uplifted procurement capability in an environment marked by evolving legislation diverse stakeholder inputs and complex governance requirements. Coordinatoon of this often rquired within very short timeframes.

This is offered as a temporary full-time opportunity for up to 11 months.

About you


Your attention to detail organisation exceptional communication skills and collaborative approachformed across roles in procurement compliance audit risk or other structured operational environmentswill see you excel in accurate data recording contributing to reports supporting testing activities and overcoming challenges such as varied workload demands and evolving policy requirements.

You will bring the discipline required for consistent recordkeeping stakeholder support and adherence to frameworks leading to transparent traceable and reliable assurance outcomes.

Youre recognised as ethical and reliable skilled at checking and documenting procurement activity supporting managers and responding to stakeholder queries and experienced in data handling teamwork and applying procurement and compliance requirements.
