We provide specialised integrated logistics services to customers in a range of industries including mining chemical gases steel and plastics petroleum energy and Australian oil and gas industries and agriculture. We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers supply chains.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager within our Resource and Industrials division (R&I) you will support the design and delivery of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across the with operational teams toidentifyinefficiencies analyse data and implement practical solutions that improve safety performance and customer outcomes.

Youll play a key role in embedding sustainable ways of working and ensuring improvements are effectively adopted andmaintainedacross our is a fixed term 12 month contract based in either Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne preferably travelling to a variety of our R&I sites both locally and nationally. This position suits an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment working across both operational sites and Toll head offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Support delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across operational sites
- Conduct operational reviews toidentifyinefficiencies
-Facilitateworkshops and problem-solving sessions
- Analyse operational data andidentifytrends
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Implement and embed process improvements
- Support change management and adoption
- Develop training materials and documentation

About You

- Experience or exposure to Lean Six Sigma or CI methodologies (Green Belt desirable)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel Power BI or similar)
- Experience in logistics or operational environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Hands-on and adaptable approach

Additional Requirements

- Ability to travel locally and nationally
- Current and valid drivers licence
- Comfortable working in operational/site environments
