How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia in Allansford and play a key role in improving how we produce safe high-quality dairy products enjoyed nationwide.

This is a hands-on Process Engineer role where youll drive real improvements on the factory floor. Youll analyse performance solve problems and lead initiatives that boost efficiency quality and safety.

• Improve production performance (yield throughput cost)
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/MOS)
• Ensure food safety and quality standards (GMP HACCP)
• Set and maintain process controls SOPs and operating limits
• Support plant upgrades trials and capital projects
• Work closely with production maintenance & quality teams
• Track performance through KPIs and reporting

About You

• Engineering degree (Chemical Process Mechanical or similar)
• Experience in manufacturing (food dairy or FMCG ideal)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge of GMP HACCP and safe work practices
• Confident working cross-functionally on the floor
• Proactive organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
