Principal Flooding Engineer

As a Principal Flooding Engineer (10 years experience) in our team your impact will be in the successful delivery of projects for flood management clients and helping ensure development is flood appropriate.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage and/or support projects at various lifecycle stages related to large scale flood mapping Council based flood mitigation prioritisation concept design of flood mitigation drainage scheme works flood impact assessments.
• Financial management of projects by forecasting monitoring time and cost expended on project and budget health working with client to obtain approval for any changes to scope of work
• Prepare project deliverables and documentation of varying nature and ensuring these meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.
• Participating in client management and supporting broader business development activities

Qualifications :

You will also have:

• 10 years experience is a similar role
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• CPEng and/or NER (highly desirable)
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
