About the Role

Shell Lubricants is the worlds #1 global lubricants supplier. We are looking for a commercially sharp leader to grow our B2C lubricants business across Australia New Zealand Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific Islands.

As Pricing and Portfolio Manager ANZ you will translate financial market and pricing insights into action strengthen indirect channel partnerships and lead the operating rhythm that drives profitable growth across the region.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the Oceania B2C growth strategy with business partners.

  • Use financial modelling pricing analysis P&L insights and performance diagnostics to grow revenue profitability and competitive market position.

  • Improve distributor operating performance demand forecasting portfolio effectiveness and supply reliability.

  • Prioritise high-return opportunities and guide commercial investment decisions.

  • Partner across Shell teams to convert customer demand into profitable growth.

  • Build trusted relationships with business partners customers and internal stakeholders.

What you will bring

  • Financial analytical modelling including P&L interpretation pricing performance analysis margin optimization and development of insight-led presentations that drive commercial and business growth decisions.

  • Sales reporting in channel distributor portfolio or commercial operations environments.

  • Operational management capability including KPI discipline cross-functional execution and continuous improvement.

  • Strong stakeholder influence and clear communication across internal and external partners.

  • Learning agility and transferable experience B2C/B2B channels or adjacent sectors.
