Practice Manager Evatt Dental Care

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing reception duties including greeting patients answering calls booking appointments and coordinating patient flow.
• Delivering a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Dedicating one day per week to Practice Manager responsibilities overseeing practice operations and administration.
• Supporting the team with rostering performance training and general operational tasks.
• Monitoring practice performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting clinicians and Dental Assistants to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
• Stepping in as a Dental Assistant when required to support clinical operations.
• Ensuring clinical rooms are prepared stocked and maintained to a high standard.
• Supporting infection control sterilisation and compliance procedures.
• Building strong relationships with patients clinicians and the wider support team.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role youll have:

• Previous management experience in healthcare medical dental or a similar service-based environment.
• Experience in reception administration or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A proactive hands-on approach and the ability to support a busy team.
• A genuine commitment to patient care and delivering excellent service.
• The flexibility to move between reception clinical support and management responsibilities.
