This is a 12-month contract does your day to day look likeCoordinate end-to-end podcast sponsorship campaigns managing implementation from client sign-off through to successful campaign as the key liaison between Sales Creative Producers Talent and stakeholders ensuring seamless campaign execution and campaign timelines workflows and critical paths facilitating kick-off meetings and ensuring all teams are aligned and briefed ahead of sponsorship operations including budget allocation producer scheduling guest speaker coordination content execution across podcast video and branded content and invoice process excellence through collaboration reporting and continuous improvement initiatives helping to standardise sponsorship implementation across teams and youll need:Strong experience in a sales support client services or campaign coordination role with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of organised with strong project management problem-solving and administrative skills supported by advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office of podcast production audio editing digital media platforms and campaign implementation across radio and digital using CRM booking and workflow management systems such as Salesforce Operative and Virtual Traffic with a keen eye for detail and quality us sweeten the deal!9 Day fortnight trial to support your work life balanceTraining and development opportunities to help you grow in your careerWellbeing Perks Extra leave for your birthday and volunteering plus free and discounted concert and footy tickets.
