Key Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are completed to schedule
• Manage safety compliance and maintain high site standards
• Liaise with Project Managers builders and other trades on-site
• Conduct site inspections toolbox talks and quality checks
• Assist with planning labour materials and workflow coordination

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Plumbing Supervisor Site Supervisor or Foreman
• Commercial construction plumbing experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews schedules and site coordination effectively
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and commercial site requirements
• Trade qualification in Plumbing
• White Card and relevant tickets/licences
