CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber to join a growing family-owned plumbing business specialising in high-end residential renovations across Perth.

This is a great opportunity for a plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys detailed renovation work rather than high-volume construction. Youll join a close-knit team offering genuine flexibility a strong workplace culture and long-term stability.

About the Role

Working across luxury residential renovation projects you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing installations and alterations while working closely with clients builders and other trades.

Your duties may include:

  • Plumbing installations for high-end residential renovations
  • Water and drainage installations and alterations
  • Bathroom kitchen and laundry renovation plumbing
  • Rough-ins fit-offs and final connections
  • Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
  • Identifying and resolving plumbing issues onsite
  • Ensuring all work meets relevant plumbing codes and standards
  • Coordinating with builders trades and clients
  • Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and presentation
About You

To be considered you will need:

  • WA Plumbing Licence / relevant plumbing qualification
  • Strong residential renovation experience essential
  • Previous experience on luxury or high-end residential projects highly regarded
  • Ability to confidently read plans and drawings
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and compliance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Organised proactive and solutions-focused approach

This role would particularly suit an experienced plumber looking to move away from FIFO or large construction environments and into a stable Perth-based position with a family-focused business.
