ABOUT THE ROLE
The NDIS Plan Management Officer is responsible for supporting participants by effectively managing the financial components of their NDIS plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Process participant invoices accurately and efficiently
Ensure all invoicing and financial processes comply with NDIS pricing rules andlegislative standards
Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation Quality and Safeguards requirements and pricingguidelines
Work directly with providers to resolve billing issues or discrepancies

The successful candidate will have:
High attention to detail
Ability to liaise build and maintain rapport with participants families and carers
High quality written and verbal communication skills
Valid Australian Drivers Licence
Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Cleared National NDIS Worker Screen Check
Alignment with the core business values of Empowerment Integrity and Respect
Desirable
Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
