Pipelayer

About the role

Were looking for a skilled and safety-focused Pipelayer to join our Canberra team. This is a hands-on field-based role where youll work on delivering critical underground infrastructure across the ACT and surrounding regions. Youll be part of a crew building essential utility networks that keep communities running.

If you enjoy working outdoors being part of a strong team and seeing the results of your work on the groundthis is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities include

• Construct and install underground pipework and mains
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Work alongside surveyors to ensure accurate alignment
• Liaise with builders plumbers utility providers and property owners
• Collaborate with internal teams including schedulers field officers and construction leaders

Roster: Monday to Friday with ad-hoc weekend work as required.

About You

• Experience in pipe laying trenching excavation and backfilling
• Hold relevant tickets: White Card Traffic Management Asbestos Awareness
• Excavator and/or HydroVac experience (desirable)
• MR/HR licence (advantageous)
• Reliable safety-focused and a strong team player
• Comfortable working outdoors and across different sites
