Were working with a growing clinician-led healthcare provider in Melbourne thats doing something a bit different combining hands-on physiotherapy with smart technology to support older adults living with cognitive decline and dementia. A bit about the role

Youll split your week between two boutique clinics and the community:

• 2 days in clinic across Melbournes inner-east and south-east
• Remaining days on home visits across the East and South suburbs

Youll be delivering a structured cognitive-motor training program to a supported caseload no cold-calling for referrals no pressure to build your own book. The team has technology that handles most of the documentation and outcome reporting for you so your day is spent with clients not staring at a screen.

What were looking for

• AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with 12 years experience
• Interest in healthy ageing neurology or community-based care
• Comfortable working independently on home visits
• Current drivers licence and your own vehicle
• Ideally based in (or happy to travel to) Melbournes East or South suburbs
• Australian work rights

• $75000 $100000 FTE super (pro-rata at 0.8) depending on experience
