The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a major infrastructure project based in Perth.

Working closely with project leadership you will lead the People & Culture function across a large project workforce providing strategic and operational support across workforce planning employee and industrial relations recruitment mobilisation talent management and organisational development.

This is a site-based role offering the opportunity to influence workforce performance culture and capability in a complex project environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the People & Culture function across the project workforce
  • Partner with project leadership to deliver workforce and people strategies
  • Provide advice on employee relations industrial relations and workforce matters
  • Support workforce planning recruitment mobilisation and talent initiatives
  • Drive engagement retention succession planning and capability development
  • Coach and support leaders on people management and performance matters
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation enterprise agreements and company policies
  • Support culture diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Contribute to organisational change and continuous improvement programs


About You

  • Significant experience in a senior Human Resources or People & Culture role
  • Strong employee relations and industrial relations capability
  • Experience supporting large operational project-based or mobile workforces
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
  • Experience managing workforce mobilisation talent and organisational change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement coaching and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Employment Relations Business or a related discipline


Experience within construction infrastructure engineering resources or other project-based industries will be highly regarded.
