Were building a new People & Culture Advisory Hub and are looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead for the NSW/ACT Business Unit to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of P&C professionals while partnering with business leaders across major projects and operational business units. Youll play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services managing complex people matters and helping drive business performance through effective people solutions.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture youll lead a portfolio of P&C practitioners and provide strategic and operational support across a diverse and dynamic business.

You will:

  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of P&C Advisors and Business Partners.
  • Partner with operational and project leaders to deliver effective people strategies and solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations performance management workplace investigations and organisational change.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex and high-risk people matters.
  • Coach and influence leaders to build capability and strengthen people leadership skills.
  • Support workforce planning project mobilisation restructuring and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive consistent compliant and high-quality people practices across the business.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to manage people risk and enhance business performance.
About You

You are a seasoned HR or People & Culture professional who thrives in fast-paced project-based environments and enjoys solving complex people challenges.

You bring:

  • Significant experience in a senior HR People & Culture Employee Relations or Business Partnering role.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing P&C teams.
  • Strong employment relations knowledge and proven case management expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement coaching and influencing skills.
  • A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across all organisational levels.
  • Experience within infrastructure construction engineering mining utilities energy or other project-based industries will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Industrial Relations Business Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
