Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle recruitment onboarding employee relations compliance and people administration across our airport lounge operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job advertisements candidate screening interview scheduling and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts letters and other people-related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new team members.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and provide general HR advice in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training programs and compliance requirements.
  • Support performance review engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist with workers compensation return-to-work programs and WHS administration.
  • Coordinate uniform for all new employees joining the business
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will be a proactive and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a Human Resources People & Culture Recruitment or Administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive solutions-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using HR systems (desirable).
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business or a related discipline or currently working towards one.
  • A genuine passion for people workplace culture and supporting team members throughout their employment journey.
