Datadog is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to drive onboarding activation and enablement across our APAC partner ecosystem. Working closely with Partner Sales Managers partner organizations and the Global Partner Enablement team youll help partners build the skills and knowledge needed to successfully position sell and support Datadog. Reports to: Manager Global Partner Programs Channels & Alliances.

What Youll Do
Execute partner enablement programs across APAC.
Deliver onboarding experiences that accelerate partner productivity.
Roll out training certifications workshops webinars and enablement initiatives.
Partner with Partner Sales Managers to identify and activate high-potential partners.
Adapt global enablement content and programs for regional needs.
Gather partner feedback and recommend program improvements.
Track readiness participation and activation metrics.
Serve as a trusted enablement resource for partners across APAC.
Travel across the region to deliver training workshops and partner events.
Who You Are:
4 years of experience in partner enablement sales enablement channel programs training or related SaaS/technology roles.
Experience working with channel alliance reseller MSP cloud or technology partners.
Experience with partner onboarding activation or success programs.
Familiarity with LMS certification or enablement platforms.
Experience working across APAC markets and cultures.
Background in SaaS cloud observability or infrastructure technologies.
Knowledge of partner recruitment segmentation or consumption-based business models.
Strong facilitation presentation communication and project management skills.
Experience developing or delivering onboarding training certification or enablement programs.
Data-driven organized and skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Passionate about helping partners grow and succeed.
