We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our team supporting Mini Masterminds centres across Leichhardt Erskineville Bexley.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging play-based learning experiences that support each childs learning development and wellbeing.

This is a 5 day part-time position (20 hours per week) that requires you to travel between our Leichhardt Erskineville Bexleycentres providing support where it is needed most. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety building relationships across multiple teams and making a positive impact across several services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs

  • Create a safe nurturing and inclusive learning environment

  • Observe and document childrens learning and development

  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues

  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre

  • Support childrens wellbeing learning and development through meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:


  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

  • Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Current Child Protection training/certificate

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education

  • A current Australian drivers licence

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between Mini Masterminds centres
