We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Diploma or Certificate III Educator (Lunch Cover) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Schofields (120-place centre).

As a Diploma / Certificate III Educator you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging play-based learning experiences that support each childs learning development and wellbeing.

You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive inclusive and high-quality learning environment.

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs

• Create a safe nurturing and inclusive learning environment

• Observe and document childrens learning and development

• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues

• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Current Child Protection training/certificate

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an early childhood education and care setting (student placement experience will not be considered as relevant employment experience)

• Must be able to work 10am-3pm Mon - Fri (5days)
