We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the delivery administration of payroll support and people data processes across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data driving process improvements and ensuring employees have a seamless experience throughout their employment lifecycle.

This is a part-time position and the successful candidate will be required to work 15 hours per week across three days: Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support remuneration programs salary reviews and market benchmarking activities.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Provide payroll governance and backup support to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Maintain the integrity of compensation payroll and employee data across HR systems.
  • Prepare and analyse people data and reporting to provide meaningful business insights.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes enhance reporting and leverage technology including AI.
  • Partner with the broader People & Culture team to support employee lifecycle activities and deliver exceptional internal customer service.
About You

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Previous experience in compensation & benefits payroll HR operations or a related People & Culture role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
