What Youll Do

• Overall park operations and guest experience
• Leadership of the onsite team
• Safety compliance and risk
• Financial performance and reporting
• Relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Asset presentation and maintenance
• Continuous improvement and project work

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in park hospitality or accommodation operations
• Leadership experience managing frontline teams
• Strong focus on safety standards and guest satisfaction
• Confidence working with budgets reporting and commercial outcomes
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
