Paediatric Speech Pathologist Perth WA Multidisciplinary Practice Full-time or part-time flexible for the right person

Mediix Recruitment is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary paediatric practice in Perth to appoint a friendly Speech Pathologist to their growing clinical team. This is a genuinely supportive environment with strong clinical leadership a full caseload from day one and colleagues across OT physio and psychology on-site to collaborate with.

About the role

Youll work with children aged 018 across a broad developmental caseload early language delay ASD articulation fluency AAC and school-age literacy. The practice offers a mix of clinic-based telehealth and community sessions so you can shape a caseload that suits your interests and experience.

Day to day you will:

  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised evidence-based therapy plans
  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group intervention
  • Partner with families educators and treating teams to support each childs communication goals
  • Maintain clear clinical documentation and NDIS reporting where relevant
  • Contribute to team case reviews and in-house professional development

About you

  • Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP) eligible or certified
  • Paediatric experience preferred though new graduates with strong placement experience are warmly encouraged to apply
  • Confident working across clinic school and telehealth settings
  • Current WA drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
