About the Role
We are excited to offer a newly created opportunity for a passionate and organised ExcursionCoordinator to join our expanding program based at our Eastern RangesSchool Service.
This role focuses on the planning and delivery of a high-quality excursion-based programoperating three days per week. You will lead the design and implementation ofengaging inclusive and community-based experiences thats age appropriateworking closely with the Nominated Supervisor and OSHC team.
This is a hands-on dynamic role that combines creativity coordination and leadershipto bring meaningful experiences to life.
Youll play a key role in:
Planning and coordinating a weekly excursion program for students 12 years old
Designing engaging inclusive experiences tailored to children with diverse needs
Managing bookings transport permissions and logistics
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all excursions meet compliance and safety
standards
Supporting educators to deliver high-quality experiences during excursions
Building connections with community providers and venues
Contributing to program planning and continuous improvement
A Day in the Life at
No two days are the same and thats exactly how we like it.
Program Planning & Coordination
Youll spend time researching designing and organising upcoming excursions liaising withvenues confirming bookings completing risk assessments and ensuring alllogistics are in place.
Excursion Days
These are the highlight of the role. Youll lead and support children and educators out inthe community facilitating meaningful fun and safe experiences whilesupporting participation and inclusion for all.
Team Collaboration
Youll work closely with the OSHC team and administration team to align excursions with thebroader program coordinate bookings and documentation share ideas and ensureconsistency in practice communication and service quality.
Connection & Reflection
Youll communicate with families gather feedback and reflect on each excursion tocontinuously improve and innovate the program.

Skills & Experience
Experience in OSHC education disability or a similar setting
Strong planning and organisational skills
Experience coordinating programs events or excursions (desirable)
Knowledge of child safety risk management and compliance requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of frameworks such as My Time Our Place (desirable)
Current Working with Children Check (required)
First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
