What youll be doing

Heres an opportunity to make a difference!! Youll managingdaily operations supporting a fantastic team of educators andensuring compliance and budgets are on track through strongsupportive leadership. Alongside our passionate Qualified andAssistant Educators together youll help bring our after schoolcare and vacation programs to life encouraging children to getinvolved in creative activities supervising them with care andstepping in when needed. With regular activities excitingexcursions and happy Y kids its no wonder working at Y OSHC isone of the most rewarding and enjoyable jobs around!

Youll be great in this role if you

• Have an ACECQA approved qualification; Certificate IV in childrens studies Diploma in Childrens Services (0-14) Bachelor of Education or equivalent. (Overseas qualification must be assessed by ACECQA)
• Have previously led (or mentored) a team of educators
• Have familiarity with the OSHC fun dynamic environment
• Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
• Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
• Hold a current drivers license (desirable)
• Have infectious enthusiasm and passion for Childrens education and care
