Job Summary
Join us at Chatswood Primary OSHCare as an Assistant Coordinator ready to build your confidence in leadership operations and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent part-time role offers 15 hours per week. Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role
The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team youll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.
Youll have the opportunity to:
- Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
- Build your confidence in roster management service operations compliance and administration
- Create exciting child-led programs including STEM cooking sport art and craft experiences
- Foster positive relationships with children families schools and the wider community
- Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
Qualifications :
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
