Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator to manage secure and optimize Oracle Cloud environments supporting critical enterprise applications. This role will be responsible for end-to-end administration across OCI ERP EPM and Integration Cloud ensuring high availability security and performance of cloud-based systems.
Location: Melbourne VIC
Salary:AUDAnnual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments including provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including ERP EPM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Handle user administration activities such as account setup role assignments permissions and access controls.
- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure secure and compliant access.
- Oversee application configurations and ensure system stability availability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across cloud environments.
- Monitor system health performance and availability using observability and monitoring tools.
- Perform system maintenance activities including patching upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application infrastructure and integration issues.
- Administer Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to enable seamless integrations across systems.
- Manage integration flows between cloud applications and on-premise systems such as Pentaho.
- 10 years of Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP EPM OIC) administration.
- Strong understanding of OCI fundamentals and cloud environment management.
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance practices.
- Experience with monitoring logging and observability tools.
- Understanding of middleware and integration concepts especially with OIC.
- Ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure-related issues.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI / Fusion Applications).
- Experience with integration tools like Pentaho.
- Familiarity with automation scripting or DevOps practices.
- Exposure to enterprise environments with strict governance and compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore delivery teams
- Strong problem-solving decision-making and solution ownership mindset
