About The Opportunity
As an Operations Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in overseeing their cleaning operations and ensuring that their teams deliver exemplary service to their clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Fostering and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensuring quality control standards are met across all aspects of the company.
Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop implement and continuously improve processes and procedures to optimise efficiency
Effectively managing and leading team members and contractors in their daily and monthly tasks.
Conducting regular inspections to ensure all team members & contractors meet company standards.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Proficiency in computer applications with an adaptability to changing environments.
A valid drivers licence and the ability and willingness to travel regularly to various sites.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing medium to large teams preferably across multiple sites.
Skilled at identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to support growth and expansion.
A can-do attitude reliability professionalism and a commitment to mentoring and empowering team members.
Knowledge of cleaning operations and commercial property management ideally in a facilities management environment
