Were looking for a proactive Operations Administration Assistant to support our busy depot operations. Youll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly while making a positive difference to our drivers customers and the wider community.

WhatYoull Be Doing:

  • Contribute to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same providing administrative support across a variety of operational activities.
  • Provide front-of-house reception support including answering enquiries welcomingvisitorsand managing lost property.
  • Coordinate a range of depot administration tasks including banking petty cashpurchasing uniform orders and general office administration.
  • Support depot operations byassistingwith charter bookings driver enquiries student transport administration andmaintainingoperational records.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including drivers schoolscustomersand Transport for NSW to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assistwith depot compliance activities including audits drug and alcohol testing administrationinductionsand operational documentation.

WhatYoull Bring:

  • Previous administration or operations support experience in a busy customer-focused environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365 (particularly Outlook Excel and Word) with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks manage deadlines andmaintaina high levelof accuracy.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A flexible proactive approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen Permanent Resident or have valid unrestricted working rights.
