About the role

This is an opportunity to support student success by providing timely accurate and standardised information and services to students and stakeholders.

As the Officer Student Success you will be a key point of contact for student success enquiries resolving standard queries through established processes and helping students and stakeholders access clear consistent information and self-service solutions.

Working within a structured environment and reporting to the Senior Coordinator Student Outcomes Resourcing you will manage competing priorities apply judgement to resolve issues within defined parameters and contribute to improvements that strengthen service delivery and student success initiatives across the Division.

In this role you will:

• Provide advice and support to students and stakeholders within a defined area of expertise.
• Analyse information and present it clearly to support understanding and decision-making.
• Plan and organise your work to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes aligned to operational goals and service standards.
• Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Contribute to improvements in processes systems and practices and support student success initiatives across the Division.

About you

Were looking for a service-focused professional who can provide clear accurate advice manage competing priorities and work collaboratively to support positive outcomes for students and stakeholders.

You will bring:

• A degree without subsequent experience; or a Diploma with experience; or a Post Trades Certificate/Advanced Certificate with relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
• Experience providing advice or support services with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to interpret and apply procedures exercise judgement within defined parameters and resolve standard issues effectively.
• Experience coordinating work and managing priorities with strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
• The ability to contribute to improvement initiatives and deliver quality work aligned to expectations.
