About the Role
This is a front-facing role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception calls and visitor interactions
Coordinate onboarding and staff inductions
Maintain office operations including supplies and meeting rooms
Manage mail couriers and office logistics
Support team with admin tasks and events
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in office administration or reception
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident multitasker in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive professional and approachable attitude
Current QLD Driver Licence
