Our Clayton clinic is expanding and we are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to bridge the gap between advanced robotic technology and real-world functional outcomes.

As our Occupational Therapist you will deliver person-centred therapy focusing on functional improvement independence and quality of life. Your job is to ensure the physical gains clients make in our high-tech devices translate directly into meaningful daily activities home independence and community participation.
- Person-Centred Therapy: Design and execute individualised intervention plans focusing on independent living upper-limb retraining energy conservation sensory and emotional regulation and training and community reintegration.
- Use & Learn Cutting-Edge Tech: Work with robotics and emerging neuro-rehab tech contributing directly to research in neuroplasticity as the field evolves.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with our internal team and external community health professionals to provide a holistic unified approach to client care.
- Build Genuine Relationships: Connect deeply with clients families and support networks both inside the clinic and out in the community.
- Navigate Funding Schemes: Support clients across various frameworks including NDIS DVA iCare NIISQ MAC and private health including writing the high-quality reports required to help clients access and maintain their funding.
- Grow the Team Culture: Actively participate in clinical mentoring peer reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
You are an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist who brings curiosity compassion and creativity to every session. You might have a solid background in neuro-rehab or you might be earlier in your career and hungry to build your skills the right way. Either way you show up for your clients and your teammates.

- Current full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- CPR & First Aid certifications
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel locally for community visits if required
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Australian Working Rights (citizenship or visa)
