As we continue to grow an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and self-driven Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing Aged Care and NDIS participants.

What your day-to-day will look like

Working with Aged Care and NDIS participants with diverse physical psychosocial and developmental needs you will:

• Empower Daily Living: Conduct comprehensive assessments of functional abilities cognition and home environments to help clients live life to the fullest.

• Design Real Solutions: Recommend and prescribe assistive technologies and home modifications that make a lasting difference.

• Deliver Personalised Care: Create individualised intervention plans that support skill development sensory processing and mental health.

• Collaborate & Share the Load: Work alongside a warm expanding team of Physios Nurses and Support Staff where your expertise is genuinely valued.

• Maintain Excellence: Keep accurate compliant clinical documentation to ensure the highest standard of safe and effective care.

What youll bring to the team

You are compassionate analytical and love seeing your clients reach their independence goals. On paper youll have:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Valid Drivers Licence (for community-based visits).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to break down complex physical or cognitive situations into practical tailored interventions.

• No experience required - fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
