- Salary ranges from $116981 - $129492 plus super

Were looking for a Native Title Project Officer to play a key role in delivering Crown Lands and Native Title projects that support communities government priorities and legislative obligations across NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative solutions-focused professional who can navigate complex land and tenure matters while engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Native Title Project Officer youll act as a vital link between Crown Lands and external stakeholders helping deliver projects and tenure administration initiatives that align with Native Title decisions legislative requirements and strategic priorities.
Youll coordinate projects analyse complex land tenure information provide high-quality advice and work closely with regional communities government agencies and landholders to achieve positive outcomes.
This is more than a project role. Its an opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes that recognise Native Title rights support regional communities and ensure responsible stewardship of Crown land across NSW.

What youll bring
Experience interpreting and applying:
- Crown Land Management Act 2016
- Native Title Act 1993
- Understanding of Crown land tenure property management or land administration practices.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills including the preparation of reports briefs and recommendations.
- A genuine respect for and understanding of Aboriginal culture communities governance structures and protocols.
- Experience building trusted relationships with regional stakeholders through effective consultation communication and collaboration.
Essential requirements
- Current drivers licence with the willingness and ability to travel
