With established clinics across Melbourne Gippsland and Wagga Wagga IA continues to grow with purpose investing in our people technology and specialist imaging services to deliver outstanding care for patients and referrers.
Our newest chapter begins in Footscray in October 2026 as we expand into Melbournes west and build a new clinic designed to support a vibrant and growing community from day one.
Our Footscray clinic represents an exciting opportunity to help shape a new site from the beginning support the local community and contribute to an important step in IAs journey.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment with a varied caseload and a patient-centred collaborative team.
Our Footscray clinic will also be home to IAs first established PET department making Footscray a unique opportunity to help build a service that will make a meaningful difference for our patients and referrers in the local community.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to be part of team establishing the MRI department from the ground up helping shape workflows standards and patient experience in one of Melbournes most vibrant and diverse communities..
You will work closely with the Chief MIT and MRI Coordinator and be part of asupportive multidisciplinary team that together will help build a high-quality MRI service focused on clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.
About You
Were patient-first and its important to us that our patients feel personally cared for. Your caring and compassionate approach combined with strong clinical experience will see you thrive in this role. You will also bring:
- Minimum2 years MRI experience supported by Level 1 MRI accreditation
- A flexible adaptableand highly organised approach to work.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Current AHPRA registration and a Victorian Radiation Licence
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes
- A collaborative mindset and dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian work rights Australian or New Zealand Citizenship Permanent Residency or unrestricted work rights in Australia
