Modern Device Management Specialist

What success looks like in this role:

Provides Endpoint Management support and services for an assigned organization location or function. Manages work orders problems or tasks within a structured ticket management system. Performs appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process. Provides workstation and device training support for associates. Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and to the definition of engineering processes standards and technologies / frameworks. Plans designs implements and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices. Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports. Acts as initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware systems email flow Teams Conferences telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Baseline clearance required with the ability to attain an NV1
