Whats the role
As a Executive Mobile Lending Manager youll help people take one of the biggest steps in their livesbuying a home. Youll work on the move meeting customers where it suits them and guiding them through the home loan process with confidence and care.
This isnt a desk job. Youll manage your own schedule build strong referral networks and generate new business opportunities. Youll be the face of Westpac in your communitytrusted knowledgeable and ready to deliver real value.
What do I need
Were looking for someone who knows home lending inside and out. Youll need:
Proven experience in home lending with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process
A solid track record in sales or business development
Experience building and maintaining referral networks
Strong time management and multitasking skills
A self-starter attitude with a focus on customer outcomes
