Job Summary

Are you a dedicated OSHC leader who thrives in a fast-paced supportive environment and enjoys making a real impact across multiple services We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Mobile Coordinator to support our Outside School Hours Care services across the Hilton & Swanbourne Area.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 38 hours per week across split shifts Monday to Friday:

  • Before School Care: 6:00am 9:00am
  • After School Care: 2:30pm 6:00pm
  • Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am 6:00pm

About the Role

As a Mobile Coordinator youll never be bored every day brings new experiences different teams to support and opportunities to make an impact across our services. Youll travel between services stepping in where support is needed most leading teams maintaining high-quality program delivery and creating positive experiences for children families and educators.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverage
  • Leading and mentoring teams of Educators
  • Delivering engaging programs including sports STEM creative arts cooking and wellbeing activities
  • Managing compliance safety and operational standards
  • Building positive relationships with children families schools and team members
  • Supporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes
  • Assisting with roster management administration and program planning

Qualifications :

Who are we looking for 

You are a confident and adaptable leader who enjoys supporting teams and creating meaningful experiences for children.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience leading teams in OSHC childcare education or a similar environment
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko) 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A current and valid Working with Children Check
  • A current drivers licence and willingness to travel between services
  • Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday

  • A passion for creating safe inclusive and engaging environments for children

To be considered for this role you will need to hold a completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification including:

  • WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA 
  • WA Qualified Educator - Working towards or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
