Microsoft AI Workforce Specialist

Were looking for a Microsoft AI Workforce Specialist to help enterprise customers maximise the value of their Microsoft investments while driving adoption of Microsofts latest AI-powered solutions.

Working within our Cloud Access team youll partner with customers Microsoft Sales and Customer Success teams to drive renewals adoption retention and growth across Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio Agent 365 and Frontline Worker solutions.

What youll do

• Lead customer renewal conversations from initial engagement and negotiation through to successful renewal.

• Work closely with Customer Success Sales Finance and Partner teams to retain contracts reduce risk and support customer growth.

• Identify opportunities to expand customer environments through upsell cross-sell and additional Microsoft solutions.

• Play an active role within account teams to maximise customer value and long-term success.

• Maintain a rolling renewal forecast and proactively identify future licensing opportunities.

• Handle commercial discussions negotiations contract queries and escalations.

• Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to maximise customer outcomes and renewal success.

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

What youll bring

• Experience in Customer Success Account Management Licensing or Technology Sales.

• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing Modern Work and AI solutions.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
