Job Summary

Kerman Contracting (Monadelphous Group) is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our Head Office team. This role will see you coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects and participate in planning scheduling conducting and coordinating Non-Process Infrastructure projects.

Your Roles Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning conducting and coordinating the project technical and management aspects.
  • Work closely with the Management team and project scheduler to streamline schedule and coordinate engineering activities.
  • Resolves mechanically related technical issues in collaboration with onsite and offsite project teams.
  • Participating in Client/Contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and technical issues.
  • Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company other contractors and clients.
  • Laise with vendors and contractors to achieve on-time results including following up with external suppliers to ensure timely responses to action items.
  • Review Design Consultants drawings to identify problems recommend solutions and take preventive steps for correction.
  • Assists in preparing mechanical designs drawings plans and specifications for projects engineered systems technical equipment or components.

About you:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 years experience in the Construction industry.
  • Experience in working with multiple discipline projects.
