As a Marketing Manager you will:

• Lead the development implementation and evaluation of integrated marketing strategies to support student recruitment and faculty growth
• Provide strategic advice to the Faculty Executive and key stakeholders translating University priorities into Faculty-specific marketing initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team ensuring effective planning delivery and continuous improvement
• Oversee marketing campaigns communications and student recruitment activities using data and insights to inform decisions and optimise performance
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while managing resources and budgets to deliver outcomes in a complex environment

To be successful youll have:

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
• Proven experience leading functions programs or significant bodies of work including managing resources and delivering outcomes in complex environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and relationship management capability including the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing and communications plans and producing high-quality content across print and digital channels

Note: This role requires travel between campuses and may involve occasional after-hours work to support marketing events scheduled in the evenings and on weekends.
