This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) position based in Perth on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
About the Role
As a Marketing Consultant youll play a key role in the successful launch growth and ongoing engagement of HBFs Wellness & Rewards Program. Working closely with the Health Marketing Manager and a range of internal and external partners youll develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness acquisition and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution helping deliver meaningful outcomes for our members.
In this role you will:
Support the planning delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across paid owned and earned channels.
Coordinate the launch and ongoing promotion of HBFs Wellness & Rewards Program to drive member acquisition engagement and retention.
Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with agencies creative partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Monitor campaign performance analyse results and identify opportunities to improve channel effectiveness messaging and targeting.
Manage campaign governance compliance requirements and marketing processes to ensure effective delivery.
Contribute to marketing planning budget management and cross-functional projects that support broader business objectives.
About You
Youre a proactive and results-driven marketing professional with experience delivering successful campaigns from concept through to execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and can confidently balance multiple priorities. Combining strong commercial acumen with creativity and analytical thinking youre passionate about creating campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
Ideally we are looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience delivering integrated campaigns.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Experience developing campaign briefs working with agencies and managing marketing projects from planning through to delivery.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaign outcomes.
Excellent communication organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience within a highly regulated industry such as health insurance or financial services (desirable)
