About the role and opportunity
We are seeking a Marine Service Coordinator to support the delivery of marine logistics services under the Australian Border Force (ABF) Marine Logistics Services Contract based in Perth.
Reporting to the Senior Marine Services Coordinator you will play a key role in coordinating marine operations logistics support and administrative functions across Defence and Government contracts. The role supports marine operations nationally with a strong focus in Western Australia.
This is a dynamic operational role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced compliancedriven environment managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth endtoend service delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to -
Coordinate operational requirements in line with marine logistics contracts and project schedules.
Support planning and daytoday coordination of marine service delivery activities.
Liaise with customers subcontractors suppliers and Government stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Manage operational schedules task allocations and logistics coordination within budget and timeframe.
Maintain accurate operational cost and compliance records including SharePoint documentation.
Assist with monitoring operational performance KPIs and final cost reconciliation.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly escalating where required.
What Youll Bring to succeed -
Experience in logistics transport or operations coordination.
Exposure to marine port or maritime logistics is advantageous.
Strong administrative organisational and planning skills.
High level customer service and stakeholder engagement capability.
