Your role your impact
In this senior leadership role you willlead and strengthen specialist AOD services ensuring theyremain responsive impactful and aligned to community needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee specialist AOD services ensuring high-quality person-centred care and strong service user outcomes
• Drive service development and innovationidentifyingopportunities for growth integration and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships including with universities sector stakeholders and internal teams
• Support and mentor leaders providing supervision coaching and guidance to team leaders across programs
• Manage operational performance including budgets service delivery compliance and risk management
• Champion integration across AOD and mental health contributing to evolving models of care and sector reform
• Strengthen workforce capability including supporting lived and living experience roles within programs
• Lead operational planning and governance including chairing meetings and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities

Mandatory qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in AOD Social Work Allied Health or a related professional field
• Relevant professional registration or membership (where applicable)
