Your role your impact
In this senior leadership role you willlead and strengthen specialist AOD services ensuring theyremain responsive impactful and aligned to community needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee specialist AOD services ensuring high-quality person-centred care and strong service user outcomes
- Drive service development and innovationidentifyingopportunities for growth integration and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships including with universities sector stakeholders and internal teams
- Support and mentor leaders providing supervision coaching and guidance to team leaders across programs
- Manage operational performance including budgets service delivery compliance and risk management
- Champion integration across AOD and mental health contributing to evolving models of care and sector reform
- Strengthen workforce capability including supporting lived and living experience roles within programs
- Lead operational planning and governance including chairing meetings and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities

- Understanding ofperson-centred practice and the social model of health
- Experience managingbudgets performance and service delivery frameworks
- Confidence working withdata reporting and continuous improvement processes
Mandatory qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in AOD Social Work Allied Health or a related professional field
- Relevant professional registration or membership (where applicable)
