Whats the role
As Manager Revenue and Balance Sheet youll play a key role in helping Business & Wealth understand and optimise performance across revenue balance sheet funding and capital outcomes. Working as part of the Business Performance & Analytics team youll partner closely with Finance Treasury and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Based in Sydney with hybrid working and standard business hours this role offers the opportunity to influence divisional outcomes enhance forecasting and modelling capabilities and drive continuous improvement across financial performance reporting and analytics.
What do I need
- Experience within banking or financial services supported by a strong technical finance background and CA CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong financial modelling forecasting and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial information into clear concise and meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management collaboration and partnering skills with the confidence to build effective relationships across Finance Treasury and the broader business.
- Exposure/ understanding of transfer pricing frameworks treasury drivers and the key factors shaping product and segment revenue outcomes (desirable)
