About the role
Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and improving the way organisations work As Manager Process Excellence you will lead AEMOs enterprise-wide approach to continuous improvement helping shape more efficient effective and customer-focused ways of working.
Leading a high-performing team youll partner with leaders across the business to identify opportunities simplify processes and deliver impactful improvements that enhance performance strengthen governance and create better outcomes for our people stakeholders and the energy sector.

What you will be doing
- Lead AEMOs enterprise-wide Process Excellence function driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Partner with leaders across the business to identify opportunities redesign processes and deliver impactful change.
- Champion process improvement frameworks tools and best practices that enable smarter and more efficient ways of working.
- Use data metrics and insights to measure performance demonstrate value and inform business priorities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while building process improvement capability across the organisation.
What you will bring to the role
- Extensive experience leading process excellence business improvement transformation or operational excellence initiatives within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to lead coach and develop high-performing teams while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong expertise in process mapping business process management and improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Agile or similar.
- Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders to drive change and deliver business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business engineering technology operations or a related discipline with process improvement certifications highly regarded.
