Key purpose of the role:
The Manager Listed Company Services is responsible for supporting ASXs listing value proposition through the delivery administration and continuous improvement of issuer engagement programs investor access initiatives and strategic stakeholder relationships. The role contributes to a high-quality customer experience for ASX-listed entities and supports ASXs reputation as a trusted attractive and market-leading listing destination.
Your Team
Listed Company Services is responsible for enhancing the experience of ASX-listed entities through issuer engagement value-added programs investor access initiatives education publications partnerships and market-facing events that support ASXs position as an attractive listing venue.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver administer and continuously improve ASX Evolve programs and listed company offerings including ASX CEO Connect the ASX Small and Mid-cap Conference ASX Corporate Days the ASX Equity Research Scheme listed entity education peer-to-peer networking forums sponsorships partnerships and other issuer support initiatives.
- Promote ASX as an attractive listing venue and leading exchange in supporting and nurturing listed companies including by helping listed entities derive value from their ASX listing through targeted engagement services and programs.
- Actively engage with company founders private equity and venture capital investors senior corporate executives investor relations professionals and their advisers to develop their understanding of the benefits requirements and process of listing on ASX.
- Develop relationships with key influencers including investment banks brokers accounting legal and corporate advisory firms and represent ASX at conferences issuer events and capital markets forums to foster and facilitate new listings business.
- Identify assess and support external partnership opportunities that enhance ASXs listed company services offering and strengthen ASXs role in connecting issuers with the investment community.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives aligned to the needs of listed entities and the broader capital markets ecosystem.
- Support the Head of Listed Company Services and relevant Listings team stakeholders in the development and implementation of index issuer engagement and customer experience initiatives.
- Coordinate day-of-listing engagement for new issuers including liaison with company founders and executives in the lead-up to IPO and promotion of relevant ASX programs and services.
- Mentor and supervise team members within Listed Company Services including workload allocation regular meetings check-ins coaching and coordination of program delivery.
- Provide subject matter input on internal projects affecting listed entities including CRM Salesforce issuer engagement tracking reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Use data market insights and stakeholder feedback to assess program performance identify trends inform decision-making and improve the listed company customer experience.
Your experience and qualifications
Must have
- At least four years experience in financial services financial markets investor relations listed company services or a related capital markets environment.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets financial intermediaries and the role of an exchange in capital markets.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with customers listed entities issuers or external stakeholders in a professional services financial markets or customer-facing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information clearly and prepare high-quality presentations reports and stakeholder materials.
- Proficiency in Excel-based data analysis and PowerPoint presentation development with the ability to use insights to inform decisions and improve program outcomes.
- Demonstrated organisational capability including experience administering programs involving information management promotion event coordination and stakeholder liaison.
Nice to have
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as finance economics business law or a related field.
- Experience providing services to ASX-listed issuers including in a compliance customer service investor relations or listed company engagement role.
- Understanding of investor relations activities and practices of listed issuers.
- Knowledge of the equity capital markets landscape and ASX regulatory environment.
- Experience supervising coaching or mentoring staff.
