Based in Sydney CBD the firm provides accounting taxation and advisory services to privately owned businesses family groups high-net-worth individuals and growing enterprises across a diverse range of industries.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of business services and taxation clients across a broad range of industries

• Work directly with Partners to deliver high-quality compliance advisory and consulting services

• Review financial statements income tax returns and other compliance obligations prepared by the team

• Provide strategic advice relating to business performance tax planning structures and growth initiatives

• Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact

• Manage workflow budgets and client deadlines to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Lead mentor and develop intermediate and senior accountants

• Review technical work provide coaching and support ongoing staff development

• Identify opportunities for additional advisory services and contribute to practice growth

• Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies across the division

About You:

• CA qualified

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager

• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards

• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory services

• Strong leadership delegation and staff development capability

• Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Committed to delivering outstanding client service and achieving quality outcomes

• Motivated to continue progressing within a growing professional services environment

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or Business Services Manager seeking greater client ownership leadership responsibility and long-term career progression.
