What youll do

As part of our Talent & Organisation team youll work alongside clients to:

• Design and deliver people-centric transformation programs.

• Develop and implement change management strategies.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

• Lead stakeholder engagement communications and training initiatives.

• Support workforce and organisational transformation.

• Help clients embed sustainable change and realise the value of transformation.

What were looking for

Were interested in candidates with:

• Consulting experience or experience delivering complex transformation programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• The ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced client-facing environments.

• Experience across government Defence or large enterprise organisations is highly regarded.

Defence experience and/or an Australian Government Security Clearance are beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who are interested in building a consulting career supporting Defence and Federal Government clients.
