About The Opportunity
Programmeds Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance and Works Services Supervisorto join our Perth this integral role you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are managed to a safe successful and profitable conclusion and to the customers satisfaction.
Nature of position: Full Time
Location: Perth
Reporting line: Area Manager Metro

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Refurbishment of basic housing in the South Metro area
- Working Directly with client on works required
- Manage your Subcontractors and work load
- Site Safety
About You
To be successful in this role you will have supervisor experience on major industrial or commercial sites and a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Building Trades qualification (desirable)
- A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- A drivers license
