The Opportunity
At Downer Energy & Utilities we are seeking a proactive and customer focused Maintenance & Services Planner to join our Gas Networks team.
This role offers a unique blend of field and office-based responsibilities with a strong focus on planning scheduling coordinating and verifying maintenance asset metering and customer service activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe compliant and efficient delivery of network services while building strong relationships with customers contractors and key stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
Demonstrated experience planning coordinating and delivering maintenance utilities infrastructure or field services activities
Experience undertaking site inspections work scoping and customer facing field coordination
Knowledge of gas distribution networks metering or utility infrastructure will be highly regarded
Experience coordinating contractors permits scheduling and work management activities
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience using Microsoft 365 and work management or billing systems
The ability to interpret work orders drawings asset records and construction documentation
